OBHS Football Prizegiving 2026
It was great to bring our footballers together at lunchtime on Tuesday to celebrate another successful season. The boys enjoyed some well-earned pizza and soft drinks before Mr McGarry reflected on the season.
A special mention was made of the commitment shown by our players throughout the year, with the boys commended for the pride they took in their appearance and the way they represented the school. It was a particularly successful season, with OBHS taking out both the Senior Premier and Junior Premier grades.
Mr McGarry also acknowledged the fantastic contribution of our old boys, who returned to coach teams this year, along with the staff who gave up their time to coach and manage teams.
The focus then turned to the Team Awards, recognising players for Most Valuable Player, Most Improved Player and Golden Boot across each of our teams:
