What do I do if I have a complaint about the school or an education agent of the school?

First you must talk to the school, either the Director of International Students (international@obhs.school.nz), or the Rector (rector@obhs.school.nz). The Code requires that all complaints go through the school’s internal processes before you can take the complaint further. If your complaint is not resolved to your satisfaction and it relates to the school not meeting the Code of Practice for Pastoral Care, contact the New Zealand Qualifications Authority (NZQA). If you, or a family member, want to bring their concerns to the attention of NZQA, they will need to complete a webform available on their website. Assistance with completing the form may be provided by their contact centre, where needed.
