G.A. McLauchlan Co-Curricular Excellence Scholarships 2026
This Scholarship has been generously provided by Grant McLauchlan, OBHS Old Boy 1980-1984.
The Scholarship is given to students who distinguish themselves through both their academic achievements and their active participation in school life. These students should rank in the top 20% academically, but their contributions extend beyond the classroom. Whether they are involved in sports, the arts, leadership roles, or community service, they exemplify the values of commitment, balance, and leadership.
There are three awards of $1,000, one for each of the Year levels, 10, 11 and 12. Boys must be in Years 10-12 in the year they apply. The Otago Boys’ High School Foundation is pleased to be associated with the award of this scholarship.
The awards will be announced at the senior and junior prizegiving at the end of the year.
