Jackson Conquers Mount Difficulty
We are thrilled to acknowledge the outstanding athletic achievement of Year 12 studentJackson Hughes, who secured first-place victory in the Under 18 Men's Mountain race at Mount Difficulty last weekend.
Jackson tackled a gruelling 25km course that featured a massive elevation climb of over 1700 metres. He crossed the finish line with a highly impressive, enduring race time of 4 hours and 11 minutes.
This was Jackson's very first time competing in this demanding endurance event. His victory is a true testament to his hard work, dedication, and sheer grit out on the mountain.
