Vaka Moana Pasifika Careers Expo
Noa'ia, Tālofa lava, Mauri, Kia orāna, Mālō e lelei, Talofa, Ni sa bula vinaka, Fakaalofa lahi atu, Mālo ni, Halo olgeta, Halo Oloketa, Tēnā koutou kātoa and warm Pacific greetings.
The Pasifika and Careers team warmly welcomes you to join us for Vaka Moana, our Otago Polytechnic Pasifika Careers Expo.
During the night we will have a guest speaker; Ana Teofilo one of our alumnus, a performance from Turama ite Ara to acknowledge Cook Island Language Week, food and prizes to win. This is an opportunity to explore our wide range of programmes and talk directly with lecturers and current students in the relevant courses such as Architecture, Nursing and Engineering to name a few.
You will also learn about the dedicated support services available to Pasifika students such as our 6 week mentoring programme, weekly study nights and upcoming scholarships.

Time: 4:30pm – 8pm
Location: Otago Polytechnic - The Hub, Forth Street.
This is a free event for people of all ages, whether they are school leavers or parents who are wanting to explore different study and career pathways. We will also have activities for children so everyone is welcome.
