National Recognition for Neo Salomonsson
Congratulations to Neo Salomonsson on his selection to the Swimming NZ 2026 National Youth Program Development Squad (Silver)!
Selection to the Development Squad recognises athletes who have demonstrated exceptional performances and clear potential to progress towards future international representation. This achievement is a significant milestone and reflects Neo’s commitment, professionalism, and dedication throughout the season.
As part of the programme, Neo has been invited to participate in the Queensland Development Camp and Competition, providing valuable international racing experience within a high-performance development environment. There will also be opportunities to be involved in Emerging Aquablacks activities to further support his growth and development as an athlete.
This is an outstanding achievement, and we are incredibly proud of Neo and all that he has accomplished. We look forward to following his continued success in the pool.
