Māori and Pasifika Awards Evening

By Scotty Opetaia | Posted: Wednesday November 18, 2020

Kia ora, Malo ni, Talofa lava, Malo e lelei, Kia orana, Bula vinaka, Taloha ni and warm greetings.

Last week our Māori and Pasifika communities came together to celebrate our annual awards night, acknowledging the success of our students in 2020.

Academic, cultural, and sporting awards were presented, and students were recognised for their amazing achievements during a difficult year.

The awards covered a wide range of areas within the school and the community. It was also a great opportunity to say farewell to all our Year 13 students who have been outstanding role models, tutors and mentors and have contributed greatly to our Pasifika and Māori communities throughout the past 5 years.
